We are pleased to announce the proposed issuance by Maybank IB of up to 100,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over the POS shares.

POS-C36 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 25 October 2018 executed by us for the Structured Warrants, as supplemented from time to time. POS-C36 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 31 October 2018, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 17 December 2018, the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 19 June 2019 and the Term Sheet dated 10 September 2019.

POS-C36 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. A summary of the principal terms of POS-C36 is set out in the attachment.
