We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 55,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled put warrants over HSI by way of market making. The HSI-H8M is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The HSI-H8M is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 1 October 2018. The HSI-H8M is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 9 October 2018. The obligations of MCSM under HSI-H8M are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Holdings Pty Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 1 October 2018. A summary of the principal terms of HSI-H8M is set out in the attachment. This announcement is dated 01 August 2019. |
