With reference to the above, AmBank is pleased to announce the proposed issue by AmBank of up to 45,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over ordinary shares of INARI, to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. INARI-C46 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 12 July 2019 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The INARI-C46 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 17 July 2019 and the Term Sheet for the INARI-C46 dated 23 July 2019. A summary of the principal terms of the INARI-C46 is set out in Table 1.
