We refer to the announcement made by GTRONIC dated 29 May 2019 and our announcement dated 31 May 2019 pertaining to a single tier special dividend of 1 sen per share for the year ending 31 December 2019 (“Special Dividend”).
In accordance with Condition 6 of the Deed Poll dated 1 October 2018 the terms and conditions of the Structured Warrants shall not be adjusted as the adjustment amount is less than 2% of the Exercise Price or Exercise Ratio being changed.
