| The Warrants are issued free to subscribers of the renounceable rights issue of 288,973,760 new ordinary shares of RM0.10 in the Company ("Rights Shares") together with 288,973,760 free new detachable Warrants ("Warrants") on the basis of 1 Warrant for every 1 Rights Share subscribed for. Each Warrant carries the entitlement, at any time on the Issue Date and up to 5.00 p.m. on the Maturity Date to subscribe for 1 new ordinary share of RM0.10 in the Company at the Exercise Price which shall be satisfied fully in cash. The Exercise Price may from time to time be adjusted in accordance with the provisions of the deed poll dated 22 January 2010. Any Warrants which are not exercised by the Maturity Date will lapse thereafter and cease to be valid for all purposes. |
