We are pleased to announce the proposed issuance by Maybank IB of up to 100,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over the RANHILL shares.

RANHILL-CA is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 25 October 2018 executed by us for the Structured Warrants, as supplemented from time to time. RANHILL-CA is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 31 October 2018, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 17 December 2018 and the Term Sheet dated 9 April 2019.

RANHILL-CA is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. A summary of the principal terms of RANHILL-CA is set out in the attachment.
