We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 40,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of SKPRES by way of market making. The SKPRES-CR is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The SKPRES-CR is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 18 October 2018. The SKPRES-CR is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 23 October 2018 and the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 28 March 2019. The salient terms of the SKPRES-CR are set out in the attachment.
