We refer to the announcement made by GCB on 18 February 2019 pursuant to the special dividend of 2 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2018 ("Special Dividend").
In accordance with Condition 2 – Adjustment of Exercise Price, Underlying Index, Exercise Level and/or Exercise Ratio of the Part 1 of the Deed Poll dated 18 October 2018, no adjustments will be made to GCB-CB pursuant to the Special Dividend as the adjustment amount is less than two per cent (2%) of the Exercise Price of GCB-CB.
