With reference to the above, AmBank is pleased to announce the proposed issue by AmBank of up to 40,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over ordinary shares of DIALOG, to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.      

DIALOG-C43 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 29 June 2018 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The DIALOG-C43 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 6 July 2018, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 28 August 2018, the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 28 February 2019 and the Term Sheet for the DIALOG-C43 dated 28 February 2019.
