Contents	We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 5 November 2009 pertaining to the disposal of a PET production line (“Equipment”) to YHS (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“YHSS”), a major shareholder and immediate holding company, for a total consideration of SGD3,560,247 (equivalent to approximately Ringgit Malaysia Eight Million Five Hundred and One Thousand Eight Hundred and Sixty Nine (RM8,501,869) (“Disposal Consideration”) (hereinafter referred to as the “Disposal”). . The Company wishes to provide the following further information:- 1. Related Party Transaction with YHSS for the preceding twelve (12) months The total related party transactions (including those recurrent in nature) by YHSM Group with YHSS, for the preceding twelve (12) months is RM74,242,770. 2. Statement by Audit Committee The Audit Committee of YHSM (with the exception of Ms Pearl Foong Lye Fong, who is deemed interested and has abstained in deliberation and voting at Audit Committee Meeting) having considered all aspects of the Disposal, is of the view that the Disposal is fair, reasonable and on normal commercial terms and it is in the best interest of the Company and not detrimental to the interest of the minority shareholders as the Disposal Consideration was arrived at after taking into account the market value, low demand, maintenance and depreciation cost of the Equipment and that the Equipment will not be required in the foreseeable future. This announcement is dated 9 November 2009.
