Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the Information Memorandum dated 26 November 2018 issued by Uni Wall APS Holdings Berhad.

The opening, closing and balloting dates of application are not applicable as this is an Excluded Issue within the meanings of Section 230 of the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007, in conjunction with Uni Wall APS Holdings Berhads listing on the LEAP Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. This timetable is tentative and is subject to changes which may be necessary to facilitate implementation procedures.
