Remarks : 
The exercise price for the warrants C 2016/ 2021 in Minho (M) Berhad ("Company") ("Warrants C") shall be revised from RM0.50 to RM0.32 per Warrant C, and an additional 60,416,578 Warrants C will be issued pursuant to the adjustment in consequence to the Bonus Issue exercise, and in accordance with the Company's deed poll dated 15 July 2016 governing the Warrants C.

The said adjustment to the exercise price and number of outstanding Warrants C shall take effect on 19 December 2018, being the next market day immediately after the entitlement date of 18 December 2018 for the Bonus Issue exercise.

The notice to Warrants C holders setting out the details of the adjustments and the notice of allotment of the additional Warrants C will be despatched in due course.
