Remarks : 
The exercise price for the warrants 2014/ 2024 in Ahmad Zaki Resources Berhad ("Company") ("Warrants") shall be revised from RM0.70 to RM0.63 per Warrant, and an additional 12,910,919 Warrants will be issued pursuant to the adjustment in consequence to the bonus issue exercise undertaken by the Company ("Bonus Issue"), and in accordance with the Company's deed poll dated 18 March 2014 governing the Warrants.   

The said adjustment to the exercise price and number of outstanding Warrants shall take effect on 17 December 2018, being the next market day immediately after the entitlement date of 14 December 2018 for the Bonus Issue.

The notice to Warrants holders setting out the details of the adjustments and the notice of allotment of the Additional Warrants will be despatched in due course.
