Further to the announcements made on 27 September 2018, 28 September 2018 and 8 November 2018 in relation to the Proposed Change of Name of the Company, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company and its wholly-owned subsidiaries have on 3 December 2018 respectively received the Notice of Registration of New Name of the Company dated 30 November 2018 issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia. 

Accordingly, the Company and its wholly-owned subsidiaries have changed their new names as follows with effect from 30 November 2018:-

a)	VSTECS Berhad (formerly known as ECS ICT Berhad);
b)	VSTECS Astar Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as ECS Astar Sdn. Bhd.); 
c)	VSTECS KU Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as ECS KU Sdn. Bhd.); 
d)	VSTECS Kush Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as ECS Kush Sdn. Bhd.); and 
e)	VSTECS Pericomp Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as ECS Pericomp Sdn. Bhd.).
