In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:-
1. The financial and operational impact of the Writ of Summons/Writ of Rem on Perisai group. 2. The estimated potential liability to Perisai group arising from the Writ of Summons/Writ of Rem 3. The expected losses, if any, to Perisai group arising from the Writ of Summons/Writ of Rem

Further to our announcement on 17 October 2019 in respect of the aforesaid matter, the Board of Directors of Perisai wishes to furnish additional information as follows:-
1) There would not be any financial and operational impact of the Writ of Summons/Writ of Rem on Perisai group. 2) There would not be any potential liability to Perisai group arising from the Writ of Summons/Writ of Rem. 3) The Company does not anticipate any losses to Perisai group arising from the Writ of Summons/Writ of Rem. However, in the event the Plaintiff succeeds in its claim against the Defendant, the amount would not be significant and would be limited to RM170,354.84 together with interest and cost.
Further announcement on any material development on the above will be made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in due course.
