The Board of Directors of Sarawak Cable Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to announce that Trenergy Infrastructure Sdn Bhd (409002-P), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company has changed its name to SCB Power Transmission Sdn. Bhd. with effect from 24 October 2018.

The Notice of Registration of New Name under Section 28 of the Companies Act 2016 was extracted by the Company on 30 October 2018.
