Shamsuddin bin Abdul Kadir's ("Tan Sri") entire shareholding in Sapura Holdings Sdn Bhd ("SHSB") to Brothers Capital Sdn Bhd ("Brothers Capital"). The directors and shareholders of Brothers Capital are Datuk Shahril bin Shamsuddin and Shahriman bin Shamsuddin.
Tan Sri was deemed interested by virtue of being a substantial shareholder of SHSB. SHSB and its wholly-owned subsidiaries, namely Indera Permai Sdn Bhd ("Indera Permai") and Sapura Capital Sdn Bhd ("Sapura Capital") are deemed interested in SapuraCrest Petroleum Berhad ("SapuraCrest") by virtue of their respective interests in Sapura Technology Berhad, which in turn holds 451,353,266 (39.64%) ordinary shares in SapuraCrest.
SHSB also has interest in SapuraCrest through its wholly-owned subsidiaries, namely Indera Permai and Sapura Capital which hold 625,000 (0.05%) and 5,476,800 (0.48%) ordinary shares in SapuraCrest, respectively.
In addition, SHSB is also deemed interested in SapuraCrest by virtue of its interest in Sapura Resources Berhad, which in turn holds 83,300 (0.007%) ordinary shares in SapuraCrest. |
