The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders' approval for the following proposals at the Annual General Meeting to be convened:-
(i) Proposed renewal of shareholders' mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature; (iii) Proposed adoption of new Constitution of the Company.
(collectively referred to as "Proposals".)
A circular/statement to shareholders containing details of the above Proposals will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
