Each Warrant entitles the holder of the Warrant to subscribe for 1 new OWG Share at the Exercise Price (as indicated above) at any time during the Exercise Period (as indicated above) subject to the provisions of the conditions as set out in the deed poll dated 12 September 2018 constituting the Warrants ("Deed Poll"). Any Warrant not exercised during the Exercise Period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid for any purpose.

As the Maturity Date (as indicated above) for the Warrants falls on a non-market day (i.e. on Saturday, 30 September 2023), the Maturity Date shall be the market day immediately preceding the non-market day (i.e. on Friday, 29 September 2023) pursuant to the provisions in the Deed Poll.
