The Board of Directors of Greenyield wishes to announce that Gim Triple Seven Sdn Bhd (“GTS”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Greenyield, has on 21 September 2018 entered into an Agreement (“Agreement”) with Seri Sanjung Development Sdn Bhd (Company No. 1062123-H) (“Seri Sanjung”) to acquire (I) 7 Ordinary Shares in SND Teguh Enterprise Sdn Bhd ("SND") and (II) 7 Ordinary Shares in Pullah PC Dauh Sdn Bhd ("Pullah"), both representing the remaining 70% each of the total paid up share capital in SND and Pullah for a total cash consideration of RM1,566,330.00 and assumption of liabilities of RM11,483,670.00 (“Purchase Consideration”) (“the Proposed Acquisitions”).
