BCTTECH-ADMISSION TO THE MESDAQ MARKET OF BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD ("BURSA SECURITIES")

LISTING'S CIRCULAR NO. L/Q : 37761 OF 2006

Kindly be advised that BCTTECH's entire issued and paid-up share capital of RM12,196,000 comprising 121,960,000 ordinary shares of RM0.10 each will be admitted to the Official List of Bursa Securities and the listing of and quotation for these shares on the MESDAQ Market under the "Technology" sector will be granted with effect from 9.00 a.m., Friday, 21 July 2006, on a "Ready" basis pursuant to the Rules of Bursa Securities.

In view of the bonus issue of 60,980,000 new ordinary shares of RM0.10 each which were issued on the basis of one (1) new ordinary shares for every one (1) ordinary shares held after the public issue of 12,200,000 new ordinary shares of RM0.10 each issued at RM1.23 per share, the reference price of the BCTTECH's ordinary shares is RM0.615 and the trading limit is 500%.

The Stock Short Name, Stock Code and ISIN Code of BCTTECH is "BCTTECH", "0130" and "MYQ0130OO003" respectively.

Kindly be advised that the shares of BCTTECH are prescribed securities. Dealings in BCTTECH's shares should be carried out in accordance with the Securities Industry (Central Depositories) Act, 1991 and the Rules of Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn Bhd.
