| Outcome of Meeting | The Board of Directors of MWE Holdings Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions contained in the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") dated 31 July 2018 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company at the AGM of the Company held today. All the resolutions were approved by way of voting on poll and the results of the poll are as per the attachment herein. The results of the poll is validated by Ms Aida Lim, [CFP, CSI, BA(HONS), Accounting & Finance (UK)] from Messrs Corporate Streets Sdn Bhd, the independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
