The Board of Directors of LNG Resources Berhad ("LNGRES" or "the Company") wishes to inform that the Company is proposing to change its name from "LNG Resources Berhad" to "YBS International Berhad" ("Proposed Change of Name").

The Proposed Change of Name is to complement the branding exercise of the Company where the new Company Name YBS International Berhad is in line with the Company's tag line of Your Best Solution. Besides, it is also to reflect the identity of the major shareholders of the Company, i.e. Yong Brothers.

The Proposed Change of Name is subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company at its 16th Annual General Meeting to be held on 28 August 2018 and if approved, will take effect upon the issuance of the Notice of Registration of New Name by the Companies Commission of Malaysia.
