LISTING'S CIRCULAR NO. L/Q : 24607 OF 2004

Consolidation and division of the entire share capital of Public Bank Berhad into ordinary shares of par value of RM1.00 each ("Consolidated PBB Shares") from the existing ordinary shares of par value of RM0.50 each ("PBB Shares"), upon implementation and completion of which, every two (2) existing PBB Shares will be consolidated and re-issued as one (1) Consolidated PBB Share.
