Further to our announcement dated 8 July 2002 in relation to the above matter, we wish to inform the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange that Ms. Lim Lean Ee, a person connected to a Director of PacificMas Berhad Group is also entitled to the 10% bonus issue (unit splits) declared by Pacific Recovery Fund to registered unitholders as at the book closure date of 30 June 2002 ("Unit Split Entitlement"). Pacific Recovery Fund is a unit trust fund managed by Pacific Mutual Fund Bhd (a subsidiary of PacificMas Berhad). Please refer to the following table for details of the Unit Split Entitlement to Ms. Lim Lean Ee.
The principal business activities of Pacific Mutual Fund Bhd are establishment and management of unit trust funds.
