Issuance of 106,051,448 warrants ("Warrants") in Protasco Berhad ("Protasco") on the basis of 1 Warrant for every 4 existing ordinary shares in Protasco ("Protasco Shares")
Each Warrant entitles the registered holder to subscribe for 1 Protasco Share at any time commencing from and including the issue date of Warrants for 5 years ("Exercise Period") at the exercise price (as indicated above) subject to adjustments in accordance with the provisions of the deed poll dated 10 April 2018 constituting the Warrants. The Warrants which are not exercised during the Exercise Period will lapse and thereafter cease to be valid for any other purpose. This announcement is dated 30 April 2018.
