1)  The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Interest” as from: 4 May 2018
2)  The last date of lodgment : 8 May 2018
3)  Date Payable : 25 May 2018

Remarks :  ICULS holders who wish to submit their ICULS Conversion Notice for conversion into Ordinary Shares to the Company's Registrar, Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd on or before 8 May 2018 will not be entitled to the interest payment. The Notice of First Interest Payment will be advertised in the New Straits Times on Friday, 20 April 2018.
