The Board of Directors of LDHB wishes to announce that part of the land held by the Group under GRN 41084, Lot 8379, Mukim Tanjung 12, Kuala Langat, Selangor has been compulsorily acquired by Pejabat Daerah/Tanah Kuala Langat under the Land Acquisition Act 1960 for Tenaga Nasional Berhad ("TNB") for the purpose of routing of 500kV power transmission by TNB for a compensation sum of RM11,737,320 ("Compensation Sum"). The Company had on 4 April 2018, received the Compensation Sum. The Compensation Sum was accepted under protest.
