INARI-WB - Notice of Book Closure

UP TO 29,582,093 ADDITIONAL WARRANTS 2015/2020 TO BE ISSUED ARISING FROM ADJUSTMENT TO THE OUTSTANDING WARRANTS 2015/2020 OF INARI AMERTRON BERHAD HELD AT 5.00 P.M. ON 13 APRIL 2018 PURSUANT TO THE BONUS ISSUE ON THE BASIS OF 1 ADDITIONAL WARRANT 2015/2020 FOR EVERY 2 WARRANTS 2015/2020 HELD.

Kindly be advised of the following : 

1)  The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Adjustment” as from: 11 Apr 2018
2)  The last date of lodgment : 13 Apr 2018

Remarks 1: "Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd would like to clarify that on the basis of settlement taking place after 13 April 2018 with adjustment to the number of outstanding INARI-WB shares, any shareholder who is entitled to receive INARI-WB additional shares may now sell any or all of his INARI-WB shares arising from adjustment pursuant to the bonus issue beginning the Ex-Date (11 April 2018). 

For example, if Mr X purchases 200 INARI-WB shares on cum basis on 10 April 2018, Mr X should receive 200 shares on 13 April 2018. Pursuant to a bonus issue, a total of 300 INARI-WB shares will be credited into Mr X's CDS account on the night of 13 April 2018 being the Book Closing Date. Therefore, Mr X can sell the INARI-WB shares of 300 on or after the Ex-Date i.e. from 11 April 2018 onwards."

Remarks 2: Approval from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad for the adjustment of Warrants 2015/2020 was obtained on 22 February 2018. Shareholders approval for the Bonus Issue was obtained on 30 March 2018. The additional Warrants 2015/2020 will be listed and quoted on 16 April 2018, being the next market day after the book closure date. The additional Warrants 2015/2020 shall be allotted to entitled warrant holders of lnari whose name appear on the Record of Depositors of lnari on 13 April 2018 on the basis of 1 Warrant 2015/2020 for every 2 Warrants 2015/2020 held. Existing holders of Warrants 2015/2020 who wish to be entitled to the Bonus Shares under the Bonus Issue are required to submit the warrants exercise form to the Share Registrar, Megapolitan Management Services Sdn Bhd, No. 45-5, The Boulevard, Mid Valley City, Lingkaran Syed Putra, 59200 Kuala Lumpur (Tel no.: 03-2284 8311) not later than 5.00 p.m. on 2 April 2018.
