On behalf of Goldis Berhad ("Goldis" or "Company"), CIMB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Company had changed its name from Goldis Berhad to IGB Berhad ("Change of Name") with effect from 20 March 2018 being the date of the Notice of Registration on Change of Name of Company issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia. 

The Change of Name is following the completion of the acquisition by Goldis of the entire equity interest in IGB Corporation Berhad ("IGB") not already owned by Goldis ("Scheme Shares") by way of a members scheme of arrangement to be undertaken by IGB pursuant to Section 366 for each Scheme Share ("Scheme") and the subsequent delisting of IGB from the Official List of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The Change of Name together with the Scheme was already approved by Goldis shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 20 November 2017.
