We refer to the announcements dated 25 July 2017, 21 November 2017, 18 December 2017, 9 January 2018, 16 January 2018, 7 February 2018, 12 February 2018 and 26 February 2018 in relation to the Capital Reduction and Repayment. Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement have the same meanings as defined in the aforesaid announcements. On behalf of the Board, HLIB wishes to announce that the cash distribution pursuant to the Capital Reduction and Repayment was made to the entitled shareholders of Premier Nalfin on 9 March 2018 via:- (i) electronic remittance to those maintaining eDividend Accounts; and (ii) issuance of cheques delivered by ordinary mail to those who do not maintain any eDividend Account. In view of the above, the Capital Reduction and Repayment has been completed on 9 March 2018. This announcement is dated 9 March 2018. |
