The Board of Directors (“Board”) of CBHB wishes to announce that CB Land Sdn. Bhd. (“CB Land” or “Purchaser”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of CBHB, had on 2 December 2019, entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) with Gemilang Waras Sdn. Bhd. (“GWSB” or “Vendor”), for the proposed acquisition of a parcel of freehold land held under Geran 338084, Lot 186033 (formerly known as GRN 155575 Lot 118324), Mukim Klang, Daerah Klang, Negeri Selangor measuring 2.646 hectares (“Land”) for a purchase consideration of RM55,000,000 (“Purchase Price”), upon terms and conditions stipulated in the SPA (“Proposed Acquisition of Land”). The Proposed Acquisition of Land is for property investment and/or development purposes.
