REVENUE-WA - Notice of Book Closure

UP TO 74,282,300 ADDITIONAL WARRANTS 2019/2024 TO BE ISSUED ARISING FROM ADJUSTMENT TO THE OUTSTANDING WARRANTS 2019/2024 OF REVENUE GROUP BERHAD HELD AT 5.00 P.M. ON 23 DECEMBER 2019
 

Kindly be advised of the following : 

1)  The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Adjustment” as from: 20 Dec 2019
2)  The last date of lodgment : 23 Dec 2019

Remarks 1:  "Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd would like to clarify that on the basis of settlement taking place after 23 December 2019 with bonus issue of REVENUE-WA shares, any shareholder who is entitled to receive REVENUE-WA bonus issue shares, may sell any or all of his REVENUE-WA shares arising from the bonus issue beginning the Ex-Date (20 December 2019).

For example, if Mr X purchases 300 REVENUE-WA shares on cum basis on 19 December 2019, Mr X should receive 300 shares on 23 December 2019. As a result of the bonus issue, a total of 500 REVENUE-WA shares will be credited into Mr X's CDS account on the night of 23 December 2019 being the Book Closing Date. Therefore, Mr X can sell the bonus issue shares of 500 on or after the Ex-Date ie from 20 December 2019 onwards."

Remarks 2: Approval from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad for the Bonus Issue was obtained on 1 November 2019. Shareholders approval for the Bonus Issue was obtained on 2 December 2019. The additional Warrants 2019/2024 will be listed and quoted on 24 December 2019, being the next market day after the book closure date. The additional Warrants 2019/2024 shall be allotted to entitled warrantholders of Revenue Group Berhad whose name appear on the Record of Warrantholders of Revenue Group Berhad on 23 December 2019 on the basis of 2 Warrants 2019/2024 for every 3 Warrants 2019/2024 held. The Warrantholders must exercise their respective outstanding Warrants 2019/2024 and lodge their duly completed and signed exercise form with the exercise monies with the Share Registrar by 5.00 p.m. on 12 December 2019 in order to be entitled to the Bonus Issue. This announcement is dated 6 December 2019.
