We refer to the announcement made by UMW dated 28 November 2019 and our announcement dated 29 November 2019 pertaining to the Special Dividend.
In accordance with Condition 6 of our Deed Poll, the terms and conditions of UMW-C20 shall not be adjusted as the adjustments amount to less than 2% of the Exercise Price and Exercise Ratio being changed.
