Each Warrant entitles the warrantholder, at any time during the period commencing on and including 6 December 2019 (being the date of issuance of the Warrants) and ending at the close of business at 5.00 p.m. on 5 December 2024 (being the expiry of the tenure) ("Exercise Period"), to subscribe for one new share in SDHB, at RM2.62 (being the exercise price), subject to adjustments in accordance with the provisions of the deed poll dated 19 November 2019 constituting the Warrants.

Any Warrants not exercised during the Exercise Period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid for any purpose.
