1) The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Coupon” as from: 30 Dec 2019
2) The last date of lodgment : 31 Dec 2019
3) Date Payable : 13 Jan 2020
Remarks: The holders of the 5-Year 3.00% Irredeemable Convertible Unsecured Loan Stocks ("ICULS") who submit their ICULS Conversion Notice to the Company's Registrar, Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd on or before 24 December 2019 will not be entitled to the third coupon payment. Only non-resident ICULS holders will be subjected to withholding tax.
