Further to the announcement dated 11 September 2019 on the remittance of USD200,000.00 of the proposed investment of USD2,650,000.00 by IQ Group Holdings Berhad ("the Company") in IQ Group (Wuning) Ltd ("IQW"), the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company had, on 20 December 2019, remitted a further amount of USD120,000.00 (equivalent to RM496,860.00) being 4.53% of the proposed investment of USD2,650,000.00 in IQW.

As a result of the above remittance, a total amount of USD2,650,000.00 had been remitted.
