Reference is made to the Company’s announcements on 24 December 2019 and 2 January 2020 in relation to the Company being classified as an affected listed corporation pursuant to Rule 8.03A of the Listing Requirements.
The Board of Directors of MGRC wishes to inform that the Company had on today submitted an application to Bursa Securities to seek for waiver to comply with Rule 8.03A (3) of the Listing Requirements.
The Company will make further announcements in relation to any latest development in accordance with the requirements under Rule 8.03A of the Listing Requirements.
