We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by KIBB of up to 35,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over the ordinary shares of DRHBCOM.

The DRHBCOMC97 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 9 May 2019 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The DRHBCOMC97 is subject to terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 14 May 2019 and the Term Sheet dated 13 January 2020.

The DRHBCOMC97 will be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Malaysia Securities Berhad and issued by KIBB under the Base Prospectus dated 14 May 2019.
