Reference is made to the announcement dated 4 September 2019 wherein it was announced that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 3 September 2019 approved an extension of time of 6 months up to 24 January 2020 for the Company to implement and complete the Rights Issue of ICPS with Warrants.

On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the Company has submitted an application to seek Bursa Securities’ approval for an extension of time of 6 months up to 24 July 2020 for the Company to implement and complete the Rights Issue of ICPS with Warrants.
