The Board of Directors of Mah Sing wishes to announce that pursuant to the terms and conditions stipulated in the Deed Poll executed by the Company on 15 January 2015 constituting the Warrant C 2015/2020, the exercise rights of Warrant C 2015/2020 will expire at 5.00 p.m. on Friday, 21 February 2020.

Accordingly, the Warrant C 2015/2020 holders intending to exercise their Warrant C 2015/2020 are advised to submit the requisite documents to the Company’s Share Registrar, Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd no later than 5.00 p.m. on Friday, 21 February 2020.

The Warrant C 2015/2020 will then be removed from the official list of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Monday, 24 February 2020.

Please find attached an advertisement of the summary of the Notice to Holders of Warrant C 2015/2020 in relation to the expiry and last date for the exercise of Warrant C 2015/2020. The full Notice will be dispatched to all entitled holders of Warrant C 2015/2020 on 16 January 2020.
