INSAS-PA - Notice of Book Closure

1)  Final preferential dividend to the holders of Redeemable Preference Shares 2015/2020 ("RPS") at 0.63 sen per RPS for the period from 31 December 2019 to 24 February 2020

2)  Final redemption and cancellation of the entire 5-year Redeemable Preference Shares 2015/2020 ("RPS") at RM132,601,268

1)  The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - All” as from: 17 Feb 2020
2)  The last date of lodgment : 18 Feb 2020

3)  Date Payable : 25 Feb 2020

Remarks:-  In accordance with the Constitution of Insas Berhad, the RPS shall entitle the RPS holders to receive a preferential dividend of 4.0 sen per annum payable semi-annually in arrears. The final preferential dividend per RPS is calculated based on a pro-rata basis for the period from 31 December 2019 to 24 February 2020 and shall be paid on the maturity date i.e. 25 February 2020 to the RPS holders. RPS holders are advised to refer to the separate announcement on the Notice to RPS holders in relation to the full redemption upon maturity and cancellation of the entire RPS and last dividend payment of the RPS dated 17 January 2020 released on even date for further information.
