The ICULS shall be convertible into new ordinary shares of REDtone International Berhad ("REDtone") ("REDtone Shares") by surrendering for cancellation the ICULS with an aggregate nominal value equivalent to RM0.25 per new REDtone Share ("Conversion Price").
Any fractional REDtone Shares arising from the conversion of the ICULS shall be disregarded.
There will not be any redemption of the ICULS. All ICULS remaining immediately after the Maturity Date shall be mandatorily converted into new REDtone Shares at the Conversion Price. |
