Interest of 2.75% for Irredeemable Convertible Unsecured Loan Stocks ("ICULS") for the period of 04 Mar 2019 to 04 Mar 2020

Kindly be advised of the following : 

1)  The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Interest” as from: 25 Feb 2020
2)  The last date of lodgment : 26 Feb 2020
3)  Date Payable : 04 Mar 2020

Remarks:-  ICULS holders who submit their ICULS Conversion Notice(s) to the Company's Share Registrar, Berjaya Registration Services Sdn. Bhd. on or before 19 February 2020 will not be entitled to the interest payment. ICULS interest payable to individual resident is tax exempted but interest payable to corporate resident will be subject to tax under the Income Tax Act 1967 ("ITA"). The withholding tax rate for interest payment under Section 109 of ITA is 15%, however, lower withholding tax rate is available depending on the double tax agreement signed between countries.
