We refer to our announcement dated 17 February 2020 (“Announcement”) and the query from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) dated 19 February 2020 in relation to the same (“Bursa Query”). Unless otherwise stated, the terms used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcement.
We wish to announce the following additional information as required by Bursa Securities pursuant to the Bursa Query:-
1. The operational impact of the Winding-up Petition on Nexgram Group.
Coconut Three Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nexgram ("CTSB") is not a major subsidiary of Nexgram Group and not contributing revenue to Nexgram Group, there is no operational impact arising from the winding up petition.
2. The total cost of investment in Coconut Three Sdn Bhd.
The total cost of investment in CTSB are RM45,000,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Forty Five Million Only). |
