We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 47,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled put warrants over HSI by way of market making. The HSI-HAU is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The HSI-HAU is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 16 October 2019. The HSI-HAU is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 21 October 2019. The obligations of MCSM under HSI-HAU are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Holdings Pty Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 16 October 2019. A summary of the principal terms of HSI-HAU is set out in the attachment. This announcement is dated 26 February 2020. |
