Encik Azlan Shah Bin Zainal Arif builds his fortunate 15 years of experience coequally through professional employments and business ventures. Begin in 2006, he served short stint of 7 years of employment with Tanjong Offshore Group which has sharpen his skill in oil and gas engineering sector particularly in maintenance, repair and operations of oil and gas workshop. During his tenure with Tanjong Offshore Group, he assisted the Company to serve several large oil and gas players like gigantic Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 companies such as Petronas and Shell particularly in region of East Malaysia. In 2013, Encik Azlan Shah Bin Zainal Arif embarked into business venture as founder and main shareholder of Empada Sdn Bhd to provide maintenance fabrication and construction in oil and gas industry. Through his well blend of conservative cum progressive management skills, he registered the Company a sterling results at each year consistently and continually. To-date, Empada Sdn Bhd secured projects with total project value of more than RM200 million and employs over 100 employees. 

In 2018, he assisted Highpoint Engineering Sdn Bhd to set-up their business strategies framework and provided business advisory to G Two Tech Engineering Sdn Bhd, both involve in the maintenance fabrication and construction and electrical and instrument respectively. In 2019, he is invited to join ADAP Capital Sdn Bhd, an investment holding & private equity company as Managing Director of Special Project and Business Development where he is entrusted to develop and execute all the company's business strategies.
