DELISTING OF THE ENTIRE ISSUED SHARE CAPITAL OF AMVERTON FROM THE OFFICIAL LIST OF BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD PURSUANT TO THE UNCONDITIONAL VOLUNTARY TAKE-OVER OFFER BY DALTA INDUSTRIES SDN BHD ("OFFEROR")  THROUGH HONG LEONG INVESTMENT BANK BERHAD TO ACQUIRE ALL THE REMAINING ORDINARY SHARES IN AMVERTON NOT ALREADY OWNED BY THE OFFEROR AND TAN SRI DATO IR. NG BOON THONG @ NG THIAN HOCK ("ULTIMATE OFFEROR") ("OFFER SHARES") FOR A CASH OFFER PRICE OF RM1.20 FOR EACH OFFER SHARE ("OFFER")

We refer to the announcement dated 27 March 2020 in relation to the Offer.

The Board of Directors of Amverton wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") has, vide its letter dated 10 April 2020, informed that pursuant to Paragraph 16.07(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities, the entire issued share capital of Amverton will be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities with effect from 9:00 a.m., Wednesday, 15 April 2020.
