The Board of Directors of K-Star wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the approval of its shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting 2020 to be convened for the Proposed Amendment to the Constitution of the Company. The Proposed Amendment to the Constitution will bring the Company's Constitution in line with the Malaysian Companies Act 2016 and the amended Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as well as to enhance administrative efficiency.

The details of the Proposed Amendment to the Constitution will be circulated together with the Annual Report 2019 to the shareholders of K-Star in due course.
