Reference is made to the announcements dated 11 February 2020, 12 November 2019, 21 August 2019 and 13 August 2019 in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) entered into between Sasbadi Holdings with The Malaysian English Language Teaching Association (“MELTA MOU”) and People’s Education Press (“PEP MOU”) respectively (collectively referred to as “Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, the abbreviations and definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the parties to the MELTA MOU have mutually agreed to further extend the MELTA MOU to 12 May 2021. Save for the extension, all other terms and conditions as contained in the MELTA MOU remain unchanged.

The Board of Directors of the Company also wishes to announce that there has been no material development pertaining to the PEP MOU, which will be expiring on 20 August 2020.
